These terms govern your access to The 1907 Originals website, its editorial archive content and its optional commenting feature.

Acceptance of terms

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or its commenting feature.

Nature of the project

The 1907 Originals is an independent, non-commercial fan, editorial and archive project focused on Fenerbahçe shirts, their eras and related stories.

Independent and unofficial status

The site is not owned by Fenerbahçe Sports Club, is not an official publication endorsed by the club, and does not claim a commercial affiliation with the club.

Intellectual property

The site's original writing, selections, arrangement and distinctive visual presentation are produced by The 1907 Originals, subject to any third-party rights. They may not be copied in bulk, republished or commercially exploited without permission.

Fenerbahçe-related names, trademarks, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. The site does not claim ownership of third-party historical materials.

Historical and editorial content

Archive information is prepared in good faith from available records, collection items and accessible sources. Historical information may be incomplete, disputed or updated over time; cautious wording about uncertainty does not amount to definitive verification.

User comments

You are responsible for the content you submit. By submitting a comment, you give The 1907 Originals limited permission to display, format and process that comment as part of the service and for moderation purposes.

This permission is limited to what is needed to publish the comment within the service and does not create a broad or unrelated commercial licence over it.

Prohibited conduct

You must not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, spam, impersonating, privacy-invasive or clearly irrelevant content. Attempts to harm the site, accounts or technical infrastructure are also prohibited.

Moderation rights

All comments may be reviewed before publication. To protect the quality, safety and focus of the archive, The 1907 Originals may approve, reject or delete comments and restrict commenting access for abusive accounts.

No commercial transaction

The site does not currently provide product sales, purchasing, payment or paid subscription services. The presence of a product or shirt in the archive does not constitute an offer for sale.
